We are seeking independently licensed therapists who are looking for:
Consistent, W-2 compensation along with comprehensive benefits
Flexible scheduling options within a structured outpatient framework
Minimal administrative tasks in a completely remote setting
Clear guidelines regarding caseload, documentation, and session pacing
A therapy model specifically designed for virtual care, enabling you to provide thoughtful and organized treatment.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
100% remote outpatient therapy sessions
Working with patients exhibiting lower to moderate acuity (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, etc.)
Conducting standard session lengths of 60 minutes for both intake and follow-up
Maintaining a consistent outpatient caseload with well-defined and transparent objectives
No responsibilities related to inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls
Access to an in-house referral network connecting you with psychiatrists
Comprehensive operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing

Care expectations are shaped by practicing clinicians, ensuring professional judgment and shared accountability for quality
You will practice independently but have accessible clinical leadership for consultation and support, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to your patients.
Desired qualifications include:
Must be independently licensed to practice in Rhode Island
Experience in outpatient therapy preferred
Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
