Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Packaging Updates & MaintenanceRefine existing packaging for consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.Revise packaging copy, product claims, regulatory information, and nutrition panels as necessary.Implement iterative packaging improvements based on feedback, testing, and new brand guidelines.New Flavor & Product LaunchesDesign packaging for new flavor introductions and product SKUs.Create dielines, front-of-pack visuals, icons, and flavor systems under the guidance of the Creative Director.Ensure new designs reflect the brand’s minimal and premium aesthetic.Retail Partner & Special Count RolloutsDevelop packaging variations for special count offerings (6ct, 12ct, 20ct+, etc.).Create retailer-specific packaging versions for major clients (Target, Walmart, Amazon, Wholesale).Modify packaging to comply with retailer guidelines and style requirements.Cross-Team CollaborationWork in tandem with Operations, Product, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure packaging accuracy.Coordinate with print vendors on production specifications, mechanicals, and color accuracy.Maintain organized asset libraries, version control, and file delivery systems.Brand Creative SupportAssist the Creative Director in expanding the packaging system across new categories.Contribute to concepts for new launches, merchandising, and storytelling on shelves.Support with mockups and prototyping as needed.
