Job Overview:
The Partner Experience Representative plays a vital role in supporting active process servers associated with ABC Legal Services. This entails addressing inquiries, resolving challenges, managing and distributing workloads, and tackling performance issues. Additionally, the representative will oversee the work dispatched to Sheriff Offices. This remote position requires residency in Indiana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues raised by process servers.
- Manage and oversee the distribution of cases to process servers.
- Utilize Skye (our in-house application) to ensure timely dispatch and fulfillment of orders.
- Monitor the status of process servers to ensure they are in good standing and capable of accepting and completing assignments.
- Gather order statuses via phone calls, fax, or court docket related to cases dispatched with Sheriffs.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and rectify inefficiencies in daily operations.
- Resolve issues on the task board within Skye.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service or IT experience is highly preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED is a requirement.
- Familiarity with the legal process is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
