The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in organizing projects and engagements with our esteemed global partners. The primary responsibilities include:
- Project Coordination
- Participate in opportunity sizing discussions alongside the sales team and partners.
- Contribute to the development of client proposals, taking charge of partner quotations.
- Formulate project plans using Aadmi’s project management software, involving relevant team members.
- Project Implementation
- Facilitate client onboarding meetings for projects.
- Oversee the execution of tasks performed by partners, ensuring adherence to production schedules and client expectations.
- Provide regular updates on project progress to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Partnership Monitoring and Reporting
- Manage partner relationships, opportunities, and sales through our CRM system.
- Collaborate with Sales and Partners to advance leads from initial discussions to closure and implementation.
- Track and report on internal key performance metrics including activity metrics, revenue share, lead generation, and more.
- Work alongside internal teams and partners to resolve issues that arise during implementation or integration.
Additionally, the Project Coordinator will provide support to both the consulting and software teams as needed.
This is a fully remote position, welcoming applications from candidates worldwide. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is essential. Strong communication skills and tech-savviness are a must.
