About the Team:
The Fleet Operations Team is tasked with ensuring uptime, performance, and visibility across Formic’s expanding fleet of robotic systems. Situated at the intersection of automation engineering and real-world factory applications, this team guarantees that systems are reliable, well-supported, and continually improving. Fleet Operations plays a vital role in safeguarding customer production, minimizing downtime, and enhancing long-term automation performance across various robotic OEMs and manufacturing sectors.
About the Role:
The Remote Service Coordinator is integral to facilitating the daily operations of our Field Service organization. In this position, you will manage the service scheduling process, address customer site needs, triage inbound communications, and ensure that the right technician is deployed at the right time. You will be the first point of contact for service calls, quickly gathering essential context and directing issues to the appropriate engineer or internal team.
Your role will significantly enhance team efficiency by reducing distractions, expediting response times, and providing clarity within a dynamic environment characterized by shifting priorities.
