Join our team as a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist! This position is designed for professionals who hold a state license in New Jersey or are willing to obtain one.
Compensation:
This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly role. Clinical rates range from $40 to $54 per hour based on the total hours you choose to work. Rates compensate for both direct client care and necessary documentation.
Incentives: Clinicians who can commit to high-demand hours (weekday evenings after 5 PM and/or weekend daytime shifts) may qualify for a sign-on bonus of $150 for every eligible hour, distributed over two installments at 3 and 6 months of employment.
Availability:
As an SLP, you have the freedom to create a schedule that suits your lifestyle! However, your schedule must include availability after 3:30 PM on weekdays and/or on weekends, with a minimum commitment of 7 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a varied pediatric demographic.
• Diagnose and craft individualized care plans using Expressable’s innovative technology platform and clinical resources.
• Deliver care aimed at achieving measurable outcomes, while educating and engaging caregivers.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly, adhering to quality standards.
• Actively participate in mandatory training, communication, and compliance tasks.
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to maintain continuity of care.
