Join our team as a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist! This entirely remote position requires you to hold a valid Texas state license (or be willing to obtain it).
Compensation:
This is a W2 hourly role, classified as non-exempt. Hourly rates for our speech-language pathologists range from $40 to $54, based on the number of hours you choose to work. This rate covers both direct therapy and necessary documentation.
Special Offer:
Clinicians who are available during high-demand hours—weekdays after 5 PM and weekends—can earn a sign-on bonus of $150 for each eligible hour of availability, paid in two installments at 3 and 6 months of employment. The total bonus amount will vary based on your availability.
Availability:
SLPs can create a schedule that suits their personal needs, provided it includes availability after 3:30 PM on weekdays and/or weekends. A minimum of 7 hours of availability per week is required.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric clientele.
• Diagnose and create personalized care plans using Expressable’s innovative technology platform and clinical tools.
• Deliver therapy aimed at measurable outcomes, along with caregiver education and engagement.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation adhering to quality standards.
• Actively participate in required training, communication, and compliance activities.
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to maintain continuity of care.
