This position is fully remote. Candidates must possess a valid state license in CA or be willing to obtain it.
Compensation:
This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly role. Compensation varies based on the number of hours worked, with clinical rates ranging from $44 to $56 per hour, covering both direct care and necessary documentation.
Clinicians who are available during high-demand hours (weekdays after 5 p.m. and/or weekends) may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of $150 for each eligible hour, distributed in two payments at 3 and 6 months of employment.
Availability:
SLPs will have the autonomy to create a schedule that meets their needs; however, all schedules must include availability after 3:30 p.m. on weekdays and/or on weekends, with a minimum of 7 hours of total availability per week required.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population
• Diagnose conditions and create care plans utilizing Expressable’s innovative technology platform and clinical resources
• Deliver care with a focus on measurable outcomes, caregiver education, and engagement
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation in compliance with quality standards
• Actively participate in mandatory trainings, communications, and compliance tasks
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to maintain continuity of care
