Join our team as a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist! This exciting opportunity allows you to work from the comfort of your home while helping children enhance their communication skills.

- Must hold a valid state license in Virginia (or be willing to obtain one).
Compensation:
This position is classified as non-exempt, W2 hourly. The hourly rate for our Speech-Language Pathologists ranges from $40 to $54, depending on experience and the number of hours worked. This rate includes both direct therapy sessions and necessary documentation time.
High-Demand Incentives:
SLPs who are available for high-demand hours (weekdays after 5 p.m. and weekends) can earn a sign-on bonus of $150 for each eligible hour of availability, distributed in two installments at 3 and 6 months of employment. The total bonus depends on your availability.
Flexible Scheduling:
SLPs are encouraged to create a schedule that suits their individual needs, with a minimum requirement of 7 hours of availability per week, including at least some time after 3:30 p.m. on weekdays and/or on weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
• Diagnose and create personalized care plans utilizing Expressable’s advanced technology platform and clinical resources.
• Focus on measurable outcomes while educating and engaging caregivers.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation according to quality standards.
• Actively participate in training, compliance, and communication requirements.
• Provide coverage during PTO and sick leave to maintain continuity of care.
