Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement structured strength and conditioning programs with a strong focus on kettlebell training principles.Conduct engaging live online coaching sessions, providing clear instructions, real-time corrections, and fostering high client engagement.Adapt coaching methods to meet the varying fitness levels of clients, ensuring personalized programming based on individual goals, limitations, and progress.Create progressive training plans that emphasize strength, mobility, endurance, and injury prevention.Monitor and evaluate client performance, tracking progress and making data-driven adjustments to training plans.Educate clients on optimal movement mechanics, effective breathing techniques, and recovery strategies.Uphold high coaching standards in a remote environment, ensuring safety and effectiveness during live sessions.Cultivate a motivating and disciplined training culture that encourages consistency and long-term commitment.Collaborate with fellow coaches and internal teams to enhance programming and coaching delivery.Stay informed on the latest best practices in strength training, kettlebell coaching, and online fitness delivery.What Makes You a Great FitAt least 1 year of hands-on experience in strength and conditioning or functional fitness coaching.Expertise in kettlebell coaching, covering both foundational and advanced movements.Proven experience in conducting live online coaching sessions for individuals or groups.Strong verbal communication skills, capable of effectively cueing, correcting, and motivating clients remotely.Solid understanding of strength training principles, movement patterns, and progressive overload techniques.Ability to build rapport and maintain client engagement in a virtual coaching environment.Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fully remote setup.
