Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team at Kimon Services as a Teleoperator! We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented professional with a minimum of one year of experience in a call center or a similar role. As a Teleoperator, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, delivering accurate information to customers, and ensuring a superior level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally and efficiently handle both incoming and outgoing calls.
- Provide accurate information, support, and solutions to customer inquiries.
- Document customer interactions and maintain updated records in the CRM system.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures, scripts, and compliance regulations.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call whenever possible or escalate as necessary.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in regular briefings and training sessions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a telecalling or customer service capacity.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and [insert additional languages required].
- Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and capability to work in rotational shifts.
