Qualifications
Your responsibilities include:Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual revenue goals through a combination of existing customer management and new business acquisition within your territory.Identifying upsell, cross-sell, and repeat purchase opportunities to expand existing accounts.Engaging in proactive outbound prospecting to generate new business leads.Conducting customer meetings through various virtual channels such as video, phone, and email to advance opportunities and close sales.Managing leads and opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle using CRM tools.Providing precise forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.Maintaining high-quality and current CRM data.Promoting and selling the complete product portfolio in alignment with company strategies.Utilizing in-house digital tools to identify, qualify, and engage potential customers.Supporting and enhancing digital outreach processes.Adhering to established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Keeping abreast of product knowledge and technical information through continuous training.You will bring:A proven track record in outbound prospecting and account development.Demonstrated success in new account generation and consistently exceeding sales targets.Solid skills in business development and pipeline management.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.A strong customer service orientation and ownership mindset.The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced SME environment.A positive and proactive attitude towards the company and market.Experience in sales within the life sciences or research market is a plus.
