We seek independently licensed therapists who aspire to:

Your daily practice will involve:
Providing 100% remote outpatient therapy.
Working with lower to moderate acuity populations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and more.
Conducting standard session lengths, including 60-minute intakes and follow-up sessions.
Maintaining a consistent outpatient caseload with defined and transparent goals.
Having no responsibilities related to inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls.
Utilizing an in-house referral network connecting therapists with psychiatrists.
Receiving full operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
Enjoy clinical autonomy and flexibility:
Make independent treatment decisions.
Have input into your schedule and weekly availability within operational guidelines.
Adhere to evidence-based clinical approaches.
Shape care expectations collaboratively with practicing clinicians, reinforcing professional judgment and shared accountability for quality.
