This position is ideal for independently licensed therapists looking for:
Stable W-2 compensation along with comprehensive benefits
Flexible scheduling within a well-structured outpatient framework
Minimal administrative responsibilities in a fully remote setting
Clear expectations regarding caseload management, documentation, and overall pace
An outpatient therapy model specifically designed for virtual delivery, enabling you to provide thoughtful and organized care.
Daily Responsibilities:
Completely remote outpatient therapy sessions
Working with lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, etc.)
Standard session durations (60-minute intakes and follow-ups)
Consistent outpatient caseload with defined and transparent objectives
No responsibilities for inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls
Access to an internal referral network to/from psychiatrists
Comprehensive operational support, including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing
Clinical Autonomy & Flexibility:
Freedom in treatment decision-making
Ability to influence your schedule and weekly availability within operational parameters
Clinical methodologies grounded in evidence-based standards
Expectations for care shaped by practicing clinicians, enhancing professional judgment and shared accountability for quality of care
You will practice autonomously, with accessible clinical leadership available for guidance and support. Our objective is to alleviate administrative burdens so you can prioritize patient care. This model is especially suited for clinicians committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

Must hold an independent therapy license in California
