Collaborating closely with field representatives, the VSR will effectively communicate key selling messages and provide educational resources during virtual interactions, enhancing in-person initiatives and broadening market outreach. The role demands flexibility, encompassing various strategic tasks such as increasing call frequency with priority targets, assessing and qualifying healthcare professionals, covering extensive geographic areas, and engaging with specialized practitioners within the sales team.
As a VSR, you will foster positive, coordinated virtual interactions that boost awareness, encourage adoption, and stimulate market growth for CARDAMYST. Strong customer service skills and refined sales acumen are essential for nurturing existing office relationships and establishing new connections with healthcare providers. This role also requires the ability to educate stakeholders on the clinical advantages and first-in-class value of assigned products, address inquiries effectively, and identify adoption signals. Additionally, proficiency in grasping intricate medical topics, compliance guidelines, patient assistance programs, and navigating pharmacy and insurance frameworks to meet account needs is critical.

- Mastering the delivery of core selling messages in a virtual environment, aligning with field strategies, and customizing discussions based on healthcare professional engagement levels.
- Meeting or exceeding call volume expectations, quality engagement metrics, and sales targets established by the client.
- Maintaining accurate and timely CRM documentation of customer interactions, including call attempts, product discussions, interest levels, and literature requests.
- Building and nurturing business relationships with field teams to optimize coverage of shared targets.
- Ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and collaboration with field representatives to drive shared goals.
