As a Virtual Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication with customers, generating repair estimates, obtaining necessary approvals, and managing the mechanical service workflow in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and texts, and efficiently schedule service appointments.
- Create and present detailed repair estimates to customers.
- Research parts and labor to guarantee precise pricing.
- Secure service approvals and diligently follow up on any declined services.
- Provide customers with daily updates regarding the status of their repairs.
- Close service tickets and assist customers with payment processing.
KPIs / Success Metrics
- Maintain a 60–75%+ approval rate.
- Achieve strong Average Repair Order (ARO) performance.
- Ensure a response time of under 5 minutes.
- Conduct consistent and timely follow-ups.
