Your Role
As we expand, the role of Renewals Manager is pivotal in managing the renewals within our Growth customer segment, which represents our largest and most dynamic customer base. This individual contributor position will drive the renewal process, ensuring high retention rates and predictable revenue.
You will not only oversee renewal transactions but also contribute significantly to the strategic direction of our renewal practices by providing insights and best practices to the Head of Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Growth Renewals
Take charge of renewals for our Growth customers, handling a diverse portfolio with various contract terms.
Lead the renewal process from outreach to negotiation and contract execution.
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to evaluate account health and renewal risks ahead of contract expiration.
Proactively identify churn risks and implement strategies to enhance customer value and retention.
Implement Efficient Renewal Processes
Streamline and manage renewal transactions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide feedback and insights to enhance our renewal processes based on data-driven analysis.
