We are looking for a passionate Rental Coordinator to join our rental facility in Omaha, NE. If you are eager to grow with us, bring enthusiasm to your work, and contribute to the future of construction, we want to hear from you!
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay available after 40 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
At EquipmentShare, we’re redefining the rental experience with our proprietary T3 technology. Our innovative platform empowers Rental Coordinators to work more efficiently by providing up-to-date information on every machine and ensuring that customers receive the right equipment at the right time.
Manage inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
Expand our customer base by cultivating relationships with contractors and construction company leaders. Educate customers on how EquipmentShare can help them save costs, increase revenue, and enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with our service and support. Keep clients informed about new or additional solutions from EquipmentShare that can improve their business.
Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
Develop innovative sales strategies to increase market share and improve the customer experience.
