Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and address all rental inquiries via platforms such as Zoopla, OpenRent, and others.
- Promptly respond to incoming calls and emails, providing clear and accurate information to potential tenants.
- Pre-screen applicants by verifying important details like income, moving date, and overall suitability.
- Organize and schedule property viewings, confirming appointments with both applicants and property managers.
- Plan full-day viewing routes using Google Maps to enhance efficiency, conducted twice a week.
- Follow up with applicants post-viewing to collect feedback and references.
- Keep applicants informed throughout the process, ensuring a professional and smooth experience from inquiry to application.
- Maintain precise records of inquiries, viewings, and applicant feedback.
