You will oversee documentation, monitor operational processing controls, and assist in the generation of insightful reports and systems for data aggregation and visualization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and develop a comprehensive set of Management Information System (MIS) reports for COPs/stakeholders to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Deliver impactful analyses that facilitate financial initiatives and business cases.
- Create and manage workforce optimization plans, addressing ad-hoc requests as needed.
- Establish a clear, quality-driven framework that minimizes discrepancies.
- Effectively manage time in a dynamic environment to produce high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Validate data accuracy and assist in report preparation, supporting all auditing and risk management processes.
- Track report activities and ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Coordinate statistics across diverse data sources while guiding individuals and teams to achieve peak performance.
