Position: Requisition Management Staffing Agent
Location: San Antonio, TX 78249
Duration: 12+ Months
Rate: $17.78/Hr on W2
The Requisition Management Staffing Agent is responsible for overseeing the complete contractor recruitment process in accordance with client needs. This role involves collaborating with line and senior managers and serving as the primary contact for all client-related issues, suppliers, and new job vacancies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and staffing agencies to better understand their needs and provide effective onboarding solutions.
- Review, validate, and approve requisition submissions to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Conduct initial candidate screening by reviewing resumes and applications.
- Assess supplier tiering options and make overrides on a case-by-case basis as needed.
- Coordinate interviews, create, validate, and approve work orders, including completing P104 approvals.
- Manage Back to Back contractor requisitions in line with the APS category management strategy, working closely with the Cx Lead or Sourcing Category Manager.
- Ensure excellent relationships with customers and suppliers, acting as the first point of escalation for issue resolution.
