We are seeking a Research and Development Engineer in Computer Science for a 6-month contract within our Data Sciences Department. This role is aligned with the KISBLUE project, which aims to develop user-friendly and open-source tools for analyzing underwater video data from the KOSMOS observation system.
As part of our project team, collaborating with IMT Atlantique and Ifremer, you will design and develop software to process videos for automated analysis. You will also create an additional tool to standardize and enhance historical data, ensuring compatibility with the VIAME software. You will guide these developments using agile methodologies, incorporating regular user testing to meet the needs of field teams.
