About the job
As part of the ongoing expansion of our research platform, we are seeking a dedicated individual to take on a pivotal technical role within our experimental processes.
This position is initially limited in duration, with a clear goal of establishing this role as a permanent fixture within the research platform. We are looking for someone who enjoys shaping structures, taking responsibility, and working in a demanding, quality-oriented environment.
Provide technical support and actively participate in research projects within molecular tumor biology.
Contribute to various components of the research platform (e.g., cell culture, functional analyses, validation experiments).
Independently conduct and document experimental work using an electronic laboratory notebook.
Work with complex cell culture models (e.g., 2D/3D cultures, possibly organoids or co-cultures).
Utilize molecular biological methods such as Western Blot, qPCR, RNA, and DNA analyses.
Collaborate closely with scientists from diverse backgrounds within the platform.
Contribute to the development of structured, reproducible, and quality-assured workflows.
Assist in laboratory organization and coordination of experimental processes.
About Robert Bosch Krankenhaus GmbH
Our research institute is located in the Robert Bosch Center for Tumor Diseases (RBCT) at the Robert Bosch Health Campus in Stuttgart, close to the Robert Bosch Hospital (RBK).The RBCT is a translational cancer research institute and an integral part of the National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT) Southwest and the Comprehensive Cancer Center Tübingen–Stuttgart. At RBCT, we aim to systematically translate mechanistic insights from tumor biology into new diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. We operate within a highly integrated, translation-enabling research platform that closely interlinks various experimental components.
