Qualifications
ResponsibilitiesConduct thin-film deposition and nanofabrication processes utilizing advanced lab equipment in collaborative environments.Prepare substrates, manage process flows, and maintain comprehensive experimental documentation.Perform basic structural and materials characterization to assess film quality and properties.Identify and troubleshoot process challenges, iterating rapidly under senior guidance.Collaborate with AI and materials teams to produce high-quality experimental data.Adhere to strict laboratory safety and operational protocols.QualificationsCurrently pursuing or have recently completed a PhD (or advanced degree) in materials science, physics, chemistry, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent hands-on experience in research labs or process engineering.Strong familiarity with nanofabrication or thin-film processing in academic or research lab settings.Practical experience operating thin-film deposition or related fabrication apparatus.Ability to quickly adapt to new equipment and experimental procedures.Exceptional documentation skills and meticulous attention to detail.Capable of working independently in shared research facilities.
