The Role
We are seeking a talented Research Manager (RM) to join our Bengaluru office, serving as the domain expert that bridges the gap between researchers and technologists.
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead end-to-end survey research projects, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and AI teams to convert research best practices into scalable and automated workflows. This position places you at the core of developing cutting-edge AI-driven research automation tools that empower global agencies.
Responsibilities
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in areas including survey research, questionnaire design, data processing, and reporting.
Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to define requirements and workflows for AI-powered research tools.
Translate research best practices into innovative product features and AI capabilities.
Work with Survey Programmers & Data Processing teams to ensure flawless execution and integration of projects.
Test, validate, and provide feedback on prototypes to guarantee accuracy, usability, and researcher adoption.
Contribute to the creation of visualization frameworks and reporting templates for effective insight delivery.
Mentor and guide tech teams on research logic, standards, and edge cases.
Qualifications
Core Skills
5+ years of experience in Market Research with a proven track record of overseeing the entire survey lifecycle.
In-depth knowledge of questionnaire design, sampling methods, and research methodologies.
Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
