Join our esteemed team as a Reservation Agent (H/F) on a full-time permanent contract starting from Monday, March 2, 2026.
=> 37 hours per week with 2 consecutive days off (equivalent to 3 weeks at 39 hours and 1 RTT every 4 weeks).
The Reservations team operates under the Revenue Director and consists of 2 Reservation Agents, 1 Revenue Management Assistant, and 1 Reservation Apprentice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Commercial Performance & Revenue
• Efficiently handle reservation inquiries
• Implement pricing strategies and enhance conversion rates (upselling)
• Monitor options and client follow-ups
• Contribute to achieving revenue targets
2. Customer Experience
• Provide impeccable phone and written reception
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
• Manage specific requests and ensure smooth communication with teams
• Participate in creating a high-quality pre-arrival experience
3. Operational Management & Coordination
• Accurately input and update reservations in the PMS
• Manage modifications, cancellations, and no-shows
• Collaborate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue Management teams
4. Quality & Continuous Improvement
• Adhere to procedures and standards
• Report anomalies
• Engage in training and continuous service enhancement
As an integral part of the hotel SCRIBE's sales force, you will work closely with the Revenue team and the establishment's Commercial & Marketing team.
