Join us as a Reservations Agent at Hyde London City, where your role will be pivotal in ensuring our guests have a seamless booking experience. As the first point of contact, you will deliver exceptional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere and identifying sales opportunities.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Promptly and professionally addressing guest inquiries.
Keeping abreast of hotel updates and local attractions.
Accurately quoting rates, processing, and confirming reservations via email and phone, in line with departmental protocols while managing no-show and late cancellation fees when necessary.
Generating and sharing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to facilitate smooth operations.
Coordinating with the Revenue Manager to ensure precise data entry and adherence to the pricing strategy, while remaining informed on current revenue strategies, promotions, and offers.
Partnering with the Sales Manager to identify potential sales leads and execute the sales strategy.
Employing a sales-oriented approach to maximize sales opportunities and upsell additional services or packages.
Collaborating closely with the Front of House team for daily operations.
Working alongside the Finance team to audit and confirm reservation commissions.
