WHAT TO EXPECT
As a Reservations Intern starting in August 2026, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, coordinating all reservations and guest communications across our properties. You will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts, report to our Reservations Supervisor, and collaborate closely with our Marketing and Sales teams.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Each day as a Reservations & Communications Intern will present new challenges, including:
- Processing Requests: Manage and respond to all incoming reservation requests, including overnight and group inquiries, and provide support for in-house questions while overseeing our online OTA channels.
- Communication: Develop your communication skills by engaging with potential guests through email and phone, answering inquiries, and following up on booking requests.
- Guest Interaction: Foster relationships with guests by providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us.
