Introducing your new role as a Resident Advisor for Insulation and Subsidies at our rapidly growing company focused on making homes and neighborhoods more sustainable. Your primary objective is to guide residents through the maze of sustainability subsidies, helping them transition from advice to actual implementation.

You are organized and can effortlessly navigate the complex web of regulations, requirements, and subsidy criteria, turning it into clear and achievable steps for residents.
You enjoy the challenge of combining thorough documentation, smart automation, and AI with that crucial personal touch.
You understand that every resident is unique, requiring tailored assistance, and you know precisely when to push forward or take a step back.
You will soon be available for 32, 36, or 40 hours per week.
You have a passion for sustainability and are eager to contribute to the energy transition.
A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) will be provided by us.
You reside in (or near) Groningen.
In concrete terms, your responsibilities will include:
65% of your time will be spent on calls with residents. These will be requested conversations, not cold calls: you will engage in both exploratory and in-depth discussions about sustainability, guide residents in taking their first steps, refer them to suitable advisors and installers, and work with them on quotes and subsidy applications. Complex subsidy processes will be demystified.
