As a Resident Quality Technician at TRIGO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the components entrusted to you are integrated into vehicles with the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Quality Control and Troubleshooting: Conducting visual and functional inspections of bumpers after installation in vehicles, identifying aesthetic and fitment defects.
- Measurement and Post-Processing Tasks: Performing basic measurements (e.g., gap sizes, angles, distances) and executing minor post-processing tasks to support the manufacturing process.
- Documentation and Reporting: Accurately recording quality control results and reporting them to your direct supervisor.
- Team Collaboration and Support: Working closely with the resident team and contributing to the preparation of documentation and work instructions.
