What We Offer
AIR Communities provides competitive compensation packages that recognize and reward performance, including:
- Base pay ranging from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour plus monthly renewal commissions. Your base pay will be aligned with your skills and relevant experience.

Where You Will Work
You will operate onsite at our 21 Fitzsimmons and Fremont Residences, an expansive 850-unit apartment community located in Aurora, CO!

The Location: Our modern apartments are conveniently located near Denver, the Rocky Mountains, and all the attractions that Colorado offers. Just 20 minutes from Downtown, you'll find yourself nestled in Aurora’s medical district, rich with local coffee shops, breweries, and eateries all within walking distance. What You Will Do
- Address and manage resident complaints and service requests at the Shared Service Center, coordinating with appropriate staff to resolve issues.
- Assist residents during the move-out process, including managing notices to vacate and resident transfers.
- Oversee the lease renewal process, finalizing renewal agreements with residents via phone and online communication.
- Monitor and enhance resident retention rates.
- Assist residents with any inquiries or needs they may have.
