In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for all residents by demonstrating exceptional service and commitment to customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will range from providing detailed building information to addressing various inquiries, all while maintaining professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all residents and guests, ensuring timely and professional responses to their needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, offering accurate information about the building and its amenities.
- Facilitate check-in and check-out processes, ensuring smooth transitions for residents.
- Efficiently handle resident requests and concerns, striving for quick resolutions and high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local area, offering helpful recommendations and directions to residents.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.
- Assist in organizing events or activities for residents to enhance their living experience.
- Monitor and manage building security and safety, following procedures to protect residents and guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and consistent service operations.
Availability: Full availability is required, with shifts starting as early as 6 AM up to 10 PM.
Hourly Rates:
Monday - Friday: $28.90 per hour + 12% Super
Saturday: $33.38 per hour + 12% Super
Sunday: $40.05 per hour + 12% Super
