Your role will include educating patients and collaborating with healthcare teams, physicians, and referral sources to address patient care needs promptly. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate patient documentation and care plans, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting in the authorization of ventilator referrals.
- Performing in-services for hospital staff and other professionals.
