1. Guest Reception and Assistance
Provide professional welcome and table assignments
Ensure an impeccable service experience
Act as a point of contact for special requests, complaints, or VIP guests
Maintain a constant presence in the dining area, focusing on guest satisfaction
2. Team Management and Coordination
Direct, motivate, and train the dining staff
Plan shifts and organize staffing
Conduct briefings and training sessions
Ensure the team presents a polished and professional appearance
3. Service Coordination
Supervise and optimize workflow in the dining area
Coordinate between dining and kitchen staff
Oversee orders, timing, and presentation of dishes
Participate in menu planning, events, and special services
4. Quality Management and Hygiene Standards
Comply with HACCP regulations and hygiene standards
Maintain order and cleanliness in operational areas
Monitor mise en place and pre-service preparations
Continuously check quality standards during service
