Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Participating in an 8-week self-guided training program, mastering all roles from the dining room to the kitchen.
- Receiving mentorship from seasoned professionals and management.
- Once training is complete, you will:
- Lead, train, and mentor team members.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Recruit and develop talented team members.
- Support daily operations while upholding high service standards.
- Engage with guests to craft unforgettable dining experiences.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive restaurant success.
What We Provide:
- Competitive starting salary ranging from $100K to $110K, based on experience.
- Performance-driven compensation, with many General Managers exceeding $200K annually.
