Qualifications
Requirements for Success:Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities that frequently shift.Self-motivated, adaptable, and energetic, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.Effective both independently and as part of a team.Proficient in problem recognition, goal setting, and executing plans to resolve issues.Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, and travel for training and other work-related functions as necessary.Completion of all mandatory Raising Cane’s training programs.Minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurant or retail management, or advanced crew experience at Raising Cane’s.Must be 18 years or older.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

As a Restaurant Zone Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Restaurant Leader with the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to Raising Cane’s esteemed standards and values across the management responsibilities of a designated restaurant zone.
The position requires a dynamic work environment, which includes operating in a fast-paced kitchen setting. This entails extended periods of physical activity such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending, along with engaging with customers. The role encompasses both indoor and outdoor tasks under varying temperatures and involves working with food products, potential allergens, industrial equipment, and commercial cleaning supplies that necessitate the use of personal protective equipment.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Ensure operations align with Raising Cane’s standards in your restaurant zone during each shift.
- Uphold and enforce Raising Cane’s policies and operational standards.
- Manage your assigned zone in compliance with Raising Cane’s operational and safety protocols.
- Utilize necessary tools, forms, and logs to facilitate shift operations, document outcomes, and implement corrective actions as required.
- Lead and direct crewmembers throughout the shift.
- Deliver excellent customer service consistently.
- Assist in executing rewards and recognition initiatives for your team members.
- Authorize managerial functions that require approval, such as discounts and promotions.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensure the facility’s operational status is optimal.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
