We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our product engineering team in the development and enhancement of TruGrip products throughout their lifecycle. You will define engineering priorities, drive product innovations, and manage the engineering roadmap aligned with our long-term business strategy.
- Product Leadership & Strategy: Direct the engineering team to ensure alignment with market demands and operational capabilities.
- Design, Development & Technical Oversight: Supervise tooling and product design processes using advanced CAD/FEA tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Manufacturing, Sales, and Quality to ensure the seamless execution of product designs.
- Testing, Compliance & Quality Assurance: Oversee product validation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop engineering staff to foster a culture of innovation.
- Project & Budget Management: Manage engineering projects and departmental budget to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
