As a Retail Floor Lead at Vuori, you will inspire and lead our retail team, fostering authentic connections with customers while embodying the core values of the Vuori brand. You will enhance the customer experience through your deep product knowledge and a positive attitude, while mentoring your team to uphold Vuori's high standards in sales and customer service. This pivotal role not only involves supervising the retail floor but also requires you to take initiative, delegate tasks, and serve as the primary contact for your team. Working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will help in executing leadership responsibilities as they arise.
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that every customer enjoys an outstanding shopping experience.
- Take charge of the sales floor and guide your team to prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in the fitting rooms, find the right sizes, and provide informed feedback on style and fit.
- Establish meaningful relationships with customers, engaging them in discussions about product details, upcoming releases, and store events.
- Stay informed about trending items and share insights with both customers and team members.
Drive Business Success
- Oversee daily operations when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is unavailable.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales goals in a collaborative commission-based environment.
- Continuously seek product knowledge in the fashion and activewear sectors to serve as a reliable expert for customers.
- Guide the team in completing projects while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.
- Communicate inventory needs to achieve business objectives.
Exhibit Leadership and Ownership
- Collaborate with the Retail Store Manager on daily operations, sales strategies, community engagement, and team management to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Lead the team in maintaining the store, including restocking, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
- Exercise utmost responsibility in adhering to safety protocols during store opening and closing.
- Encourage your team to perform at their best, adhere to schedules, and fulfill their roles effectively under the guidance of the Retail Store Manager.
