As a pivotal member of the store leadership team at Vuori, the Retail Inventory Lead plays a critical role in ensuring seamless inventory management and operational excellence. Your proactive approach, keen analytical skills, and effective communication with the team will significantly enhance both customer experience and business performance. Collaborating closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, you will champion the inventory program within the store, overseeing all related tasks and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Create an Efficient Back of House Experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, team members, and customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Maintain a well-organized and navigable back room.
Oversee daily destock and restock processes.
Ensure the back of house remains orderly and efficient.
Drive Business Operations
Participate in monthly inventory meetings.
Conduct weekly cycle counts and manage store transfers.
Execute weekly manual restocks to keep the sales floor fully stocked.
Ensure timely receipt and processing of all shipments, following up with store managers as necessary.
Proactively identify and communicate any product concerns.
