Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesCo-Op Program Management:Lead the development of co-op activities and materials, including design proposals, schedules, performance metrics, and reporting to OEMs.Update co-op invoices in Sage, submit billing with PO#, and coordinate communications with OEMs using Monday.com.Marketing Initiatives:Identify and respond to ongoing marketing needs for our retail offerings.Create and refine marketing materials such as line cards, flyers, and signage.Gather customer and sales feedback for continuous collateral and product positioning improvement.Social Media Management:Design and implement social media strategies for seven dealership accounts.Generate and curate engaging content for retail accounts.Track performance metrics and refine strategies to enhance audience engagement.Website and Inventory Updates:Maintain and update used inventory listings on retail websites.Oversee careers page updates for Takeuchi and SANY.Operational Support:Order RAM kits monthly and as required.Manage the procurement of marketing materials and maintain operational calendars.
