In this role, you will collaborate with leading retail vendors to create memorable experiences for customers. Your primary responsibility will be to execute retail merchandising tasks effectively, ensuring that our clients achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule weekly tasks to meet execution objectives.
- Carry out retail merchandising activities as per the schedule.
- Complete store tasks efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Accurately report all completed tasks through designated systems on the same day.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel regarding tasks, sales activities, promotions, and client objectives.
- Participate in required training and certification programs.
- Engage daily with CROSSMARK’s communication tools for planning, reporting, and reviewing work.
- Implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned.
- Collaborate with the team on scheduled tasks and client interactions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build professional relationships with store management, associates, and other merchandising companies to meet objectives.
- Maintain all company equipment properly.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities.
This role is designed for a part-time commitment of up to 24 hours per week, with the possibility of adjustments based on business needs.
