As a Sales Associate at Sur La Table, you will be instrumental in the retail store's success by inspiring customers at every step of their culinary journey. Your role will include supporting daily operations, delivering a #bestincenter customer experience—our company’s hallmark of service excellence—and driving sales through product knowledge sharing.

Customer Experience & Brand Representation
· Represent the Sur La Table brand and culture by crafting memorable, educational experiences that foster customer loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
· Stay informed about product offerings through ongoing training and independent research to maintain expertise.
· Engage with customers actively, assess their needs, suggest relevant products or experiences, and embody a customer-focused, Guest Obsessed culture.
Sales & Business Performance
· Maximize sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
· Support promotional events and drive add-on sales.
