You will step in whenever a Customer Success Manager identifies an account that requires a commercial conversation. This is not a role focused on acquiring new clients or processing paperwork post-sale; you will be the key person on the call, executing calculations, proposing contract structures, and securing signatures.Success in this role necessitates strong commercial instincts, contract comprehension, the ability to maintain composure under pressure, and proficiency in real-time numerical reasoning.
