Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Lead to support all operational and customer-facing tasks in our Cherry Hill store. This individual will oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring operational excellence and an exceptional in-store experience. Attention to detail is essential, as you will serve as a process expert, identifying areas for improvement and communicating effectively with the Store Manager.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of Brand Associates by setting clear expectations and fostering talent development.
- Act as the manager on duty, prioritizing results while ensuring a positive experience for customers and employees alike.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Uphold high store standards that reflect our brand image, values, and culture.
- Become the go-to expert on POP MART's product offerings, characters, and company history.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, including in-store events, pop-ups, conventions, and new store openings.
- Support the RoboShop business by collaborating with in-store employees and business partners.
- Drive sales performance and meet key sales indicators such as conversion rates and transaction values.
- Promote sales of key products, including Blind Boxes and MEGA items.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Visual Merchandising & Inventory Management:
- Implement visual merchandising and marketing directives based on weekly communications.
- Install marketing materials, set up merchandising displays, and re-merchandise based on product performance.
