- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, team coordination, and store presentation updates.
- Maintain precise inventory management and coordinate shipments for layout modifications or transfers.
- Manage the store's budget and expenses, ensuring supplies and services are well-maintained.
- Develop and refine effective standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline store operations.
- Lead and mentor your team to foster a high-performing, customer-centric environment.
