- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a customer-first mindset by being visible and approachable during service hours, quickly addressing client needs.
- Assist in food and service preparation, ensuring all service counters are well-stocked.
- Keep restaurant and back-of-house areas clean, tidy, and organized.
- Possess a solid understanding of our food offerings.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Take initiative to address tasks without waiting for direction.
- Monitor and minimize waste to support our environmental goals.
- Contribute actively to achieving financial targets.
- Assist in stocktaking as required.
- Engage in upselling and promoting specials, while being sensitive to customer needs.
- Effectively manage customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues when necessary and fostering open communication to gather feedback.
- Regularly communicate with the Restaurant Manager to address concerns and implement improvements.
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and Food Safety protocols, advising clients about allergens.
- Report any accidents to the Restaurant Manager for escalation.
- Follow management schedules and rotas.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, maintaining a helpful attitude towards colleagues and clients.
- Complete all training courses on time and actively participate in your own development with guidance from your line manager or mentor.
