The Role
Become a vital member of the Square Account Management team and support merchants in thriving within our ecosystem! As a Retention Account Manager, you will collaborate with small and medium-sized business owners across various sectors to help them rediscover the value of our platform. You will engage with merchants during pivotal moments of their journey, employing retention strategies to minimize churn and cultivate long-term partnerships. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will utilize your product knowledge and negotiation skills to transform challenges into opportunities for growth.
