Job Overview:
We are in search of a meticulous and organized Operations Specialist to bolster our support for Retirement Plan Advisors and Client Relationship Managers. This vital role focuses on ensuring efficient execution of operational and transactional activities associated with 401(k) and various retirement plans. Please note, this position is non-client-facing and primarily involves back-office operations and enhancing process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and process retirement plan transactions, including contributions, distributions, rollovers, and modifications to plans.
- Support advisors in plan establishment, documentation, and compliance-related functions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field.
- 2 to 5+ years of relevant experience in retirement plans, particularly 401(k) plans, or within the financial services sector.
- Demonstrated experience assisting advisors and/or clients in a retirement plan or financial services setting.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficient in CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce, and adept with Microsoft Office Suite.
