Role Overview
As a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist at Guidant Financial, you will embark on a learning journey to understand the comprehensive processes involved in administering, testing, and reporting on 401(k) plans. Through accelerated learning, extensive training, and hands-on experience, you will progress from reviewing documents to administering basic plans. You will engage with clients to gather essential information, keep them updated on progress, and assist in understanding year-end reporting documents necessary for government filings, including the annual 5500 return.
