Role Overview
As a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist at Guidant Financial, you'll embark on a journey to master the comprehensive processes of administering, testing, and reporting on 401(k) plans. Through accelerated learning, in-depth training, and hands-on experience, you'll progress from document review to managing basic plans. Your responsibilities will include reviewing client-submitted documents, proactively updating clients on their progress, and assisting clients in understanding the essential year-end reporting documents required for government filings, including the annual 5500 return.
